These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Robina Matrimonial mobile application and related services (the "App"), operated by Robina Matrimonial ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to marry under applicable law to use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide (including your date of birth and identity documents used for verification) is accurate and belongs to you.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The App may require identity verification (including a live photo/face scan and CNIC verification) to help build trust between members. Providing false, misleading, or another person's identity information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
Robina Matrimonial is a platform intended to help Muslim individuals in Pakistan connect with the intention of marriage. The App is not a general dating or social networking service, and using it for purposes unrelated to marriage-focused introductions (including commercial solicitation, harassment, or casual dating) is not permitted.

Violation of these rules may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at our discretion.
The App offers optional paid Premium subscriptions that unlock additional features (such as unlimited messaging and advanced filters). Payments are processed through the Google Play Billing system and are subject to Google Play's own payment and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through your Google Play account settings.
You retain ownership of the photos, profile information, and other content you upload. By posting content on the App, you grant us a limited license to display, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App's matching, messaging, and social features.
Robina Matrimonial facilitates introductions between members but does not conduct comprehensive background checks and cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of any member. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, both within the App and in person. We strongly encourage caution, especially before sharing personal information or meeting anyone in person.
You may block or report any member you believe is violating these Terms or behaving inappropriately. Reports are reviewed by our team, and appropriate action will be taken at our discretion, which may include warnings, suspension, or permanent account removal.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App's settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, applicable law, or poses a risk to other members.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including damages resulting from interactions with other members.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated within the App where practical.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
